If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can claim a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. Contact hello [at] evity.co.uk to discuss your money back. Terms and conditions apply. For example only valid on your first purchase, one refund per household.


WE PROVIDE A 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON UNOPENED ITEMS

You can return unopened products in their original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN

Contact hello [at] evity.co.uk to discuss a possible return or refund.

If package unopened: Ideally do not open the package so it can be returned to the sender (Evity) free of charge. Just score through your delivery address and simply write RETURN TO SENDER or RTS clearly in big letters on the label.
If package opened:  All returns must include the order number of the purchase, and returns must be confirmed with Evity via email before being sent. Your order will be refunded once we have received and inspected the items and confirmed them to be in their original condition.

 

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to the payment method used when purchasing. We cannot issue refunds to alternate credit cards/bank accounts. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst being returned to us in the absence of tracking information provided by the courier service used.


WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN

You must pay the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is found to be faulty/damaged. If the parcel/large letter remains unopened please don’t open your package. Simply score through your delivery address and clearly write on the label in large letters RTS.


SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Due to the automatic nature of subscription services it is possible that orders can be processed and dispatched before they are cancelled. In an ideal world please cancel your subscription three days before it is due to be dispatched. You can either contact us at hello [at] evity.co.uk or use your dedicated subscription management portal.

Cancellation before subscription is processed

Use the dedicated subscription management portal or contact us directly.

You can effortlessly pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your dedicated portal. If you did not create a user account when subscribing please do so using the email you used to purchase.

Cancellation after subscription has been processed  If you decide to cancel your subscription once we have dispatched the order please get in touch with us to resolve the issue.
